We have physical access to our servers at all times instead of relying on other technicians hundreds of miles away like most hosting companies. DimeNoc has the largest network capacity of any other data center in the state of Florida, with even more connectivity on the way. The network features automated BGP routing to provide you with the fastest possible route to the server based on both network hops and speed.

The network consists of Cisco 1900, 2900 and 2950 gigabit switches. Each switch is connected through seperate lines to both core routers. So if one router failes, the other automatically picks up the slack with out any interruption of service.

Network Security

Our network is protected by a $100,000 Arbor Networks PeakFlow SP system. PeakFlow secures the network by blocking DOS attacks, viruses, worms, and common router/server exploits. The system operates parallel to the network routers so it does not affect speed or ping time like more common systems.

Power System and Backup

Our redundant power system features battery backup power supplemented by a 1 Megawatt Caterpillar Diesel Generator which is able to sustain the entire data center through its 500Kva output.

Cooling

Data center cooling is provided by five 40-ton Liebert Air conditioning systems.
